Shean Greigh Galloways (pronounced as 'hean grey') is a project by Aamer and Jennifer Sachedina, and our two boys, Hayden and Julian. Aamer is a Senior Technical Staff Member at the IBM Toronto Laboratory in Markham. Jennifer is an artist.
Our farm is located on a 26 acre property in Queensville, Ontario - just north of the Greater Toronto Area where we breed Galloway cattle.
We are new to Galloways and cattle, although we have spent quite a bit of time doing research. We have been fortunate to have had a wonderful start to our breeding program through the mentorship of Dr. Brad and Colleen Card, and from whom we acquired our first two cows. We are very appreciative of their ongoing support.
We have had the pleasure of meeting a few other Galloway breeders who are within driving distance. They have all welcomed our interest in Galloway's warmly and have freely shared their experiences and thoughts with us. My thanks to the McIlwraith family (Glenfiddich Galloways), Greg and Marie Blake and their girls - Crystal, Patti and Vicky, the Salters (Sun Rise and Suncrest Galloways) and Robert Irvine (Avon Acres).
